Read Your Labels: especially pay attention to grams of Sugar. Take the number of grams of sugar and divide it by 4 and this is how many teaspoons of sugar you are consuming. Some examples that would shock you are: yogurt, some have up to 30 grams per serving, bottled tea drinks can have up to 50 grams and cereal bars up to 15 grams to name a few. Pay attention to those labels.
